Sadly today my husband and I had to say goodbye to our very much loved nearly 14 year old labrador Lillie. I can't thank the vet that came out to us enough. Everything was done at our pace she explained everything and reassured us we were making the right decision. Lillie didn't like the car very much so this is why we made the decision to use Serenity but I dont think we would ever use anyone else now when we are faced with this heartbreaking situation again x 💔 🌈

Very impressed with the kind, caring vet (Florentina), who helped our darling cat have a peaceful ending last week. Talked us through every step and we were very impressed with the. compassionate service we received.

Vicki laid our beautiful boy Sid to rest today. From start to end, she remained informative, compassionate, professional, and respectful. We were given the time we needed during and after the procedure, not once did we feel rushed or pressured. She also provided reassurance throughout for our doubts and concerns, and made us feel a lot more comfortable about making such a hard decision. Our pet was treated with dignity and the calm environment of being at home was really beneficial as opposed to being at a vet clinic. Thankyou so much to Vicki, Florentina, and Carla for helping our family through such a tough time and making a bad day a little more manageable.

My vet didn't offer home visits but recommended Serenity. I spoke with Karen, who was polite, kind, and caring. An appointment was arranged for later in the day. Dexter passed away in his own home surrounded by love. We were given time to say our goodbyes. He was placed in a basket, covered by blankets, together with one of Dexter's own. My daughter and I carried him to the car, with the chance to say our last goodbye. He was cremated on his own and his ashes were returned. From start to finish the service was professional with kind caring people looking after you throughout the process. Thank you to the bottom of my heart x

Yesterday my Husband & I had to say our saddest goodbye to our beautiful & so much loved Springer Spaniel Rosie. Carla who arranged it was so kind, understanding & helpful. Vicky the Vet who came to our house was gentle and caring. She explained everything as it happened. She gave us time on our own with our girl to say our goodbyes. So grateful to have been able send her peacefully from her home surroundings.

What an absolutely amazing company. I cannot recommend this amazing group of people enough to anyone who is faced with the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to their pets. From the first phone call to the dropping off of Pickles ashes every single person we spoke with was kind, compassionate and understanding. No call felt rushed, no conversation robotic, no procedure done without care and attention. In what was the most difficult decision I have ever made, Serenity Vet Services went above and beyond to make it that bit easier. They are a credit to the animal and human world and strongly encourage you to reach out and use their services when the time comes. We said goodbye to our beautiful 12-year-old German Shepherd on Friday, and it was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do. We chose Serenity to come to our home, and we are so grateful that we did. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly professional, kind, and compassionate. They gave us the time and space we needed and treated our dog with such dignity and care. Being able to say goodbye to her in the comfort of her own home meant she was calm and relaxed, without the stress of travelling or sitting in a vet’s waiting room. We truly can’t thank them enough — there just aren’t the words. During such a heartbreaking time, their kindness and professionalism meant everything to us. We used serenity pet services 2 years ago, recommended by my aunt. I have since recommended them to others. Which has reminded me I never left a review. Unfortunately I cannot remember the ladies name who came out to us. But what I do remember is how compassionate and caring the lady was on the phone call and when she came out to us. When she arrived, we were given as much time as we needed, the lady didn’t rush us. She spoke to us and our boy, and was the sweetest soul. Our baby passed peacefully at home, free from his pain.
