The triage nurse and the vet, Emma and Sarah (I think) were so friendly, supportive and caring as well as being highly professional. My gorgeous boy, Max, was having palliative care for cancer at home but I believed him to be in pain and just needed confirmation/reassurance he wasn't and I was given that. I was also advised that I could make a small change to his medication, if I felt he needed it. I went away happy and would certainly recommend this practice to anyone who needs an emergency vet. Thank you so much for putting my mind at rest.

The service provided was excellent however the cost is simply not justified. Extortionate price with a £300 consultation fee before any treatment is provided.

They always take the best care of our dogs here, the staff talk and interact with then and you can see they actually care about animals. The staff are always friendly and helpful and give as much reassurance as they can (as always there are no guarantees when animals are sick) yet they have saved my parents dogs life twice now after she twisted her stomach, her original practice were not willing to operate till the morning where should would have passed away in the night. The dogs always spring back from any illness or surgery here very quickly. While yes as it is out of hours vets it is expensive, as it would be anywhere, however I can tell that every time one of our animals has been in they have been well looked after there answered every call and concern and kept up updated, I can't thank them enough.

We had to attend Vets Now, Doncaster from Hull with our dog due to potential Xylitol poisoning. From reception, to the veterinary care team we couldn't find a fault. She was booked in, seen to and treated within 90 minutes of ingestion (including an hour's drive) Our girl isn't the easiest of dogs to contend with but under the weather she was very loud and reactive. She was still treat with love and got the care she needed.

Lovely, thoughtful support from all the staff when we took my 20 year old cat in. So respectful of how they shared news with us we did not want, or expect, to hear. Gave us all the time we needed with our cat to say goodbye. Thank you for your caring manner, respect and thoughtful way you supported us, it is appreciated

I have never known a vet support me as the owner and care for my girl as much as during my experience for emergency surgery. It is as though she was also part of their family. I love how excited Ximo is to phone you with updates , he really understands how you feel and I honestly could not have asked for more

Can't thank you guys enough, my cat (sooty) decided to help with the xmas gift wrapping & swallowed about 2ft of ribbon 🤦‍♀️ took hm to the vet & they were great, he's now fine & dandy & looking forward to his xmas lunch 😁 thankou so much for your care 🐈‍⬛

The vet and nurse were both excellent with my dog. The vet was very thorough in her examination of her injured leg, the probable causes and how to treat it. She explained everything fully and also the reason for her yarking. It was a positive experience.
