I have never known a vet support me as the owner and care for my girl as much as during my experience for emergency surgery. It is as though she was also part of their family. I love how excited Ximo is to phone you with updates , he really understands how you feel and I honestly could not have asked for more

The vet and nurse were both excellent with my dog. The vet was very thorough in her examination of her injured leg, the probable causes and how to treat it. She explained everything fully and also the reason for her yarking. It was a positive experience.

I had to visit Vets Now Doncaster with my cat due to an eye problem. While I appreciate that they were able to provide care after midnight, my feelings about the experience are mixed. The staff were professional and the treatment was prompt, but the prices were extremely high — especially for the medication, which was charged at nearly five times the regular cost. As long as I understand high prices for emergency appointment- charging 5x more for medication is just simply unethical. If you’re a pet owner, I’d strongly recommend having a well-prepared first aid kit for your pet and keeping some basic medications on hand. It can help you avoid using emergency vets unless it’s absolutely necessary and save you from the shockingly high costs.

Sadly had to bring my cat to the vets around midnight a few days ago. We had called up first and they were ready for when we arrived. They took great care of my cat, unfortunately she had to be put to sleep and they were so caring towards her and myself and my partner. They gave us the time to say goodbye and we really appreciate how compassionate they were.

Had to take my labrador on a Sunday afternoon With a grass seed in her ear. Staff was really good and did their job really well And sorted my little girl out professionally. The only thing is the cost of such veterinary care Not all people can afford pet insurance and if your having to pay it out in the first instance, how many people would leave their pet to suffer because they could not afford to pay the prices The animals should come first, I know they have to make a profit i understanding that, but out of hours vet care is ridiculous prices. 726 pound to get a grass seed out of a dogs ear is a lot of money, but you never want your beloved pet to suffer. Please try and put the animals first this is what your there for and you trained to do the job you love without such overpriced treatment

After a huge panic with my boy being unable to breathe, vets now Doncaster got him in straight away even though it was out of hours, assessed quickly and knew what the problem was straight away. Thank you for saving my boy and helping him through his struggle.

We called on a Saturday evening when our dog Pierre had spent a bit too long in the sun and was recovering but all advice online said to take him straight to the vet. We spoke to a Veterinary Nurse called Natalie who was wonderful and both put our mind at rest but gave us key signs to monitor and home treatment to help his recovery. Simple, straightforward advice given incredibly well which both helped Pierre and saved us all a very stressful experience. Thank you Natalie A few pics of Pierre as courtesy 😀
