Took my guinea pig in last week after contacting them. I left her with them and when Gemma had checked her she rang me with a diagnosis. Everything was explained to me what had been checked and the necessary medication given. I found it to be an excellent experience right from booking the appointment right through to collecting my pet. It is an excellent practice. My pet is now fully recovered. Thanks to everyone involved.

Took our Poochon Dottie for Anal Gland procedure different price again £45.60 How can it be possible to charge this extortionate price when l enquired at another local Practice l was quoted £16.20 for any size Dog l am truly disgusted it is time something was done about the difference of price we won’t be using this practice again !!!

I would like to give a big thank you to all the staff at Pinfold Vets Misterton for all their help throughout Benji’s life from the age of zero to the grand age of 14 and half. Today was the hardest day of his years for us all but the vets made us feel calm and put us all at ease with dignity and sympathy X

What a shame a village vets is not looking after the village people. The practice only appears to take more and more money from you, requesting next day visits for extra cost. The animals most definitely do not come first, it is most definitely the amount of money they can get off of each person. 0/5

Excellent personal and sympathetic service by the staff especially Laura. Can't speak highly enough of the kind and considerably service given during a stressful time of Suki,s illness and peaceful end.
